They are not being responsible owners for the Witch City Mall and are barely doing the bare minimum to take care of the mall as a whole. There was a massive flood yesterday and volunteers had to take care of the mess. There has also been ongoing issues with the door being broken and the bathrooms not being clean. Do better!
Disappointing that they don’t care about the Witch City Mall in Salem at all. Not only is the bathrooms a constant gag, but it is the dirtiest building in the entirety of Massachusetts. There was a large water leak in the mall yesterday and several stores who pay good money became flooded. The ownership of the mall is embarrassing. This isn’t even mentioning the clear vermin issue, as well.
I today 11/04/2025 looking for offices to rent, and at first Marley was super polite when I said I was looking for something around $2,000. He was very rude, showed no interest in helping, and told me I should look for someone else and hung up on me. I do not recommend him!

If you aren't going to take care of the mall give it to someone who will, that mall is the center of Salem and you keep it trashed. Dont keep leaving it trashed, You're a disgrace to salem
