I have tried to contact them for 2 years now how do I get in contact.
I've been a resident over 12 years in the beginning a very nice place to live. I love my apartment the new management is the worst you send emails and leave voice messages and never get a response myself and several resident have gotten stuck on the elevator and they do nothing about it. And the property is controlled by Verizon and we have been informed resident service will be interrupted by August 25 because management has not taken necessary steps for resident. I have lived here for the past 10 years. Was a great place to live and affordable, but as of late there have been issues that need to be addressed and have not. No matter how many times you call and leave a message you DO NOT get a response, no matter how many emails you send you DO NOT get a response. There are people who live here that have some shape or form of a disability who require the use of the elevator( myself included). I would NEVER apply here again. I got approved February 2025. April they still was saying I needed to turn in paperwork. Remind you I turned in everything they requested the same day. Every time I talk to them they requesting something new. I use to take off to go up there and no one would be there or answer the phone. I would email at least twice a week. I have called three times During the day. Between 8am and 3pm.. within business hours. And every time I called it just kept saying “our office is currently closed” how are people supposed to move in when they won’t answer the phones..
