I would give zero stars if I could! They also own Parkwood apts, Parkside apts, Oak Hill, and Ocean isle. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life!!! Dirty and disgusting with stains coming up on the carpet from the concrete when it rains because they do not clean them properly between tenants. There are roaches and they don't care when you tell them about them coming from other peoples apartments because as long as they pay the rent they don't care how dirty they are.
