Wyn Is awesome He communicates well he such a people Person out of my two years of living here he’s the best person so far Ken was always moody and difficult to deal with
I love this place. Wynn is amazing and so fun to talk to whenever I see him at the front desk. The apartments are amazing and so close to the action in EAV and I love when they have fun things to do like the Jazz Night & Garden club. Plus the pool and grill area is always bumping in the summer. Great Apartments for young adults looking for fun.
Wyn is the best assistant property manager I ever had in life!!! Super helpful with everything I've needed!
I love the Marley Eav it’s a great place , Wyn is very nice and informative in the office. The amenities are great and I love the bbq grills. 🥩
I have been a resident her for almost two years and I must say the office staff is great. Ken (property manager) is quick to respond when needed. He’s in top of everything, sometimes, before we are aware anything is wrong. Wyn joined the staff a few months ago and he is a pleasure to work with. Anytime I have ever needed anything he reacted to the matter and took care of whatever the issue was. Every time I walk past the office he greets me with a friendly smile and wave.
