Wyn in the leasing office has been great, but the maintenance side of things is a major disappointment. My AC has gone out three times in three weeks in the hottest month of the year. When it went out at 4:30 PM today, I was told "emergency" maintenance couldn't come until the next day.
I just closed out my lease at Marley EAV . We lived here for a year (would still be there if we didn’t need more space) it is a beautiful property with AMAZING front office & maintenance team Mr. Win & Mr.Ken got me moved in so smoothly with short notice and the maintenance was always so prompt on fixing anything that may have need fixing. I have to share my favorite part about the apartment as my closets is that unpack Into my New house I definitely already missed the closet Space it was massive!! Wyn Is awesome He communicates well he such a people Person out of my two years of living here he’s the best person so far Ken was always moody and difficult to deal with
I love this place. Wynn is amazing and so fun to talk to whenever I see him at the front desk. The apartments are amazing and so close to the action in EAV and I love when they have fun things to do like the Jazz Night & Garden club. Plus the pool and grill area is always bumping in the summer. Great Apartments for young adults looking for fun.
Wyn is the best assistant property manager I ever had in life!!! Super helpful with everything I've needed!
