Marler has serviced all my vehicles through the years regardless of make. I have never had an issue or a problem with any repair work from small to major. My ongoing issue is they rarely ever put paper mats on the floor. We use quality bath towels on top of our factory mats and wash when needed. Apparently, the shop men see the towels and think nothing of staining the towels with black oil from their shoes. Many times the oil is also on the steering wheel and door handles. This was the first Ford purchased at Marler. We had purchased four others from another local dealer. Tyler the salesman was great in finding me the exact truck that I wanted and was able to purchase it the next day. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and never pressured me to buy anything.
