I ordered flowers from Marlene's to be delivered on Friday 5/9 for Mother's Day (I live 4 hours away). She did not get them Friday, so I figured maybe Saturday and nothing. On Sunday, I called Marlene to ask what happened. She told me they were delivered. But they weren't and she acted like she did not believe my mom didn't get them.
