Just bought the dress for my daughter's wedding. After shopping for the past few months in various types of stores, having some awful experiences, some good, it was both a pleasure and a relief to come to Marlene's. The service was way beyond anything I'd experienced to that point. I felt like these watm, friendly, knowledgeable women weren't looking to sell me a dress but we're trying to make me happy. They were patient, helpful, and honest. I couldn't be happier.

Awful Service, terrible attitude. Went in with a certain dress in mind that was on their website and was told that the dress was sold that morning. Instead of giving us the option to order the dress, the sales lady said "go find another dress you might like." Seemed very put off by the fact that I suggested to order it and the only solution was to find another dress. Unacceptable. I don't know how this place stays in business with that type of service. Very disappointed. I have never given a review like this but just couldn'... read more

Went to Marlene's for the first time ever! Wow! Was so impressed from the moment we walked in thru the doors. We were greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm from Debbie! So welcoming, professional, and so quick to offer assistance. So many beautiful in stock gowns and styles to choose from!My daughter and I had traveled 1 1/2 hours to check out this shop. Was there this morning to find a prom gown for my daughter. Such a great experience! The salespeople were beyond helpful and friendly and they made my daughter feel special despite a crowded dress shop filled with many prom customers. Thank you so much for making what I thought was going to be a long and possibly aggravating day into a painless and pleasant experience for both of us. Marlene's will be my first stop next year for my youngest's gown.

My daughters and I went into see the dresses for Collingswood Hs 2018 Prom. What great service!! The staff all chime in, helping each other very harmoniously...they were honest on how a dress looked on each person for shape, size and color. They were busy and still took the time to work with you. It was just a nice experience, thank you!! And yes, my daughter did get she wanted.
