Marlene’s has such a beautiful selection! They were so incredibly accommodating. Even when we had a concern Marlene was able to rectify it and ensure that we had the most beautiful dress for a special occasion!

Taking a reluctant teen shopping for a dress is never fun- after several stops at other shops with less than stellar selection and unpleasant "customer service" walking into Marlenes was a breath of fresh air. The staff was warm and inviting, and my daughter's whole countenance changed! If you're looking for a prom dress, look no further than Marlene's in Collingwood! This is our 5th prom season, and we have never bought a dress anywhere other than Marlene's. Marlene, Gina and all the great "girls" that work there provide over the top service. They don't believe in the high pressure sales pitch, which makes your experience so much less stressful! This is our 3rd time dress shopping at Marlene’s. The owner and all the staff have always gone above and beyond. My daughter chose the 1st dress she tried on and the staff is so accommodating and not pushy. The fittings and alterations went great and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Poor dress options honestly, store is cluttered, bead work on dresses is sub par and half falling off, they have barely anything online actually in store, and staff hovers as you search, one lady was EXTREMELY pleasant though, didn’t happen to catch her name but she has black hair. Her personally Is a 5/5 but the store is sadly disappointing 3/5
