My daughter went there to try on and look at dresses but apparently if you don't have cash in hand you get treated very rudely. I never expected prom dress shopping to leave her disappointed. She was very upset. No reason for shop owners to be rude...

I buy most of my sportswear there, and all of my evening dresses, coats, jackets, and sweaters. I feel very comfortable at Marlenes. They are very warm and friendly.
The Gagliardi Family are great! Marlene's is an exceptional dress shop in Collingswood. I always find the sharpest suits/dresses for any occasion. Be sure to check them out.
The customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Very rude and nasty. A friend bought a dress from there a few weeks ago and it was a used dress and missing crystals. When she called to speak to the owner Marlene , Marlene yelled at her and then hung up on her. I would never ever step foot in this place, even if you paid me!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE NASTY PEOPLE!!!!
