Marlene is nothing more than a saleswoman who likes to get people into homes and not actually follow through I insisted to add a home warranty program to my contract at closing her assistant sent me three different ones I chose the middle package it never got attached at closing and now I'm in a home that I have to have all the carpets ripped out my flooring ripped out a brand new garbage disposal and a brand new dishwasher a brand new fridge and a brand new stove all because she never added the warranty to my program like I... read more
