The reception/front desk staff could be more professional, welcoming, and friendly. At times, they come across as cold or rude, and they seem to expect patients to already know the office rules, procedures, and which doctors they work with. It would be helpful if they were more patient, understanding, and willing to explain things, especially to people who may be visiting the office for the first time. A warm, respectful, and human approach can make a big difference in how patients feel when they walk into a medical office.

I called to make an appointment. I was told that they needed to check with the doctor to see if and when they can see me and then call me back. I have never, ever, had an experience like this where I could not make an appointment for a visit!!! This is INCREDIBLE! I have been a patient here since Dr Kaufman owned the practice and I always was seen by Marisa Rizzi (I was told that she is no longer there too).
