Great doctor, but long wait.
My first visit after the clinic moved to its new location was with Dr. Haj (or Dr. Hedye - A new female physician). Unfortunately, my experience afterward was very concerning. My first concern was the referral to the North York Endoscopy Centre. The preparation process was extremely difficult, requiring up to 48 hours of preparation, strict dietary restrictions, and approximately 16 hours without water. The receptionists never answer phone calls and directly ignore you when you call multiple times. When i called from a different number, they answered right away, even though i called 10 times on my other phone. Hard to get a hold of! The doctors and nurses are wonderful.
I had a quite good experience here. I was in and out in less than 30 min. They did a strep swap that was ready in 24 hours. Everyone was kind and the doctor listened to my concerns.
