I visited Marlee Medical Walk-In Clinic today. Although my family doctor was helpful, I was seen nearly 4 hours after arriving, despite being accepted without an appointment. The most unacceptable part of my visit was my experience with the nurse during my first Gardasil 9 vaccination. I asked a very basic and reasonable question: whether there were any side effects or important information I should know before receiving the vaccine. I had a very mixed experience at Marlee Medical Center. Dr. Robert is kind and professional, and I do appreciate his care. However, the way this clinic is run is extremely frustrating. The clinic does not operate with appointment scheduling, which results in very long wait times. I have been waiting for over 1.5 hours and there is still no clear explanation. All of the doctors I've seen here have been excellent. They take the time to address your concerns. They are not dismissive at all.
I have been visiting the clinic for almost 4 years. The doctors are very kind, informative, helpful. My doctor is Ziarati and he is awesome. Whenever I go, I see most of the patients want to see him. 😊
