Since Dr. Chen’s group left the practice and the transition to Simply Orthodontics I’ve been living a billing nightmare. I wish I was told ahead of time that Dr Chen was leaving two weeks after my daughter received care. The billing division is extremely rude and I’m glad my daughter is done with treatment. I was looking forward to taking my other daughter for her ortho care here but am now going elsewhere.

We always have a good experience here! Whether it’s a question or a concern, the technician and/or doctor take the time to answer it and explain what I wanted to know. I love that we are in and out so quickly! Appointment are usually as scheduled..rarely do we wait more than five minute in the waiting room. Everyone we deal with are very nice, as usual! It is refreshing to see people that are happy at their jobs! It seems like a great place to work. We are very happy to have Simply Orthodontist for my daughters!
I recommend Simply Orthontics to anyone. Marlborough has a very good treatment and staff
