Returning home after a quick visit to Middlesex Health out of Marlborough. Saw Dr. Frank Moore. He was thorough, knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and even a nice smile with a great sense of humor. He knows his stuff and has been doing this for 31 years. I trust his expertise and am grateful to have been his patient tonight. Thank you Dr. Moore and the rest of the staff who were all friendly and ready to assist.
I have to have surgery because of the negligence of this ER. They stitched me up and left a large piece of glass inside me, gave me no antibiotics, and I developed an infection that left me completely bed bound. If you value your health at all, do not go here.
If you have someone with Autism or sensory issues avoid this place. Despite mentioning my sensory problems over and over they twice tried to order me meds that would make me feel funny that I've never had before. To which I had to reject despite pre warning not to and that I couldn't and had previous anxiety and serious sensory issues caused from such a situation in the past. Waiting over an hour and a half for swelling gums due to a failed root canal. Very painful. Haven’t been seen by 1 doctor yet. Unfortunately, a lot of medical offices are like this.
