Iam here Long time with my family doctor abeer the lady work at front desk (Marleen) she is amazing person and really helpful and she's so nice with all people they came in I know this lady since when I start my first time with my doctor her treat with people always same iam so happy when I come she's there with face smiling 😊😊😊
The blonde lady at front is an absolute arrogant control freak. If you at least decent customer service avoid this place at all costs. The doctors themselves are good but the people at the front especially the blonde white lady just gives you a hard time for no reason. Apparently you book two different appointments for two different people. You’re forced to book online under one name, then add a comment from there (horrible system btw) but even then, the lady at the front said she makes the two appointments you made into one... read more
My wife was there this morning and I can confirm they do a horrible job with only having one receptionist and when doing a blood test they missed her vein so now she’s swelling and bruising. We’ve had many blood tests done n Calgary and worldwide without issues like this place.
Dr. Abeer is more than just a family doctor to us (me snd my family members) she truly feels like part of our family. She always listens with patience, treats us with genuine care, and makes us feel comfortable and respected every time we visit. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication are exceptional. We are very grateful to have her as our doctor and highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and trustworthy medical care.
