Kara was very helpful and informative when she showed me around the property and answered all the questions I had.
I went to tour this beautiful building. My Leasing consultant was Kara, so pleasant and very informative. She showed compassion and very patient. If you’re looking to lease here I definitely recommend contacting the property and ask for Kara !!!
I had a great experience during my tour with Raven at the Marlborough House. The pool is beautiful. Tiffanie answered all of my questions and said if I had any more don't hesitate to call her.
Recently, I visited Marlborough House in Hillcrest Heights, Md. after a recommendation from a friend. When I arrived, I was Greeted by Raven with a warm welcome. She took her time, showed me around the very clean facility. Was patience as well. Introduced me to Tiffany, who had a smile that light up the room! And was informative as well! I also met the person responsible for the great upkeep of the place, Jeff the Physical plant Supervisor. Thank you all and I will recommend you and the complex to everyone!
I was visiting a friend’s apt and Jeff provided outstanding service during the maintenance request at Marlborough House. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He completed the repair quickly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents and guests. Thanks Jeff, for your excellent service and dedication!
