Front desk lady was helpful and nice
Residents have previously been informed that the community back gate entrance/exit at Marlborough House Apartments is out of service until further notice, and the gate has been chained since mid-February. However, some have access. (Gate chained up shortly after a publicly, Google review was placed on-line, but was later removed.) I've lived at Marlborough House for many years & it has served me well. The apartments are quaint, but well-kept and comfortable. The staff is courteous and cares about the quality of your stay at MH. Maintenance staff is also very prompt and do their best to take care of your concerns. The metro is just a short walk away, which makes this property super convenient for commuting downtown. I love my little apartment, and I'd definitely recommend this community.
