Wonderful, down to earth, Endocrinologist. All I had to do was listen.
Wonderful doctor and listens to his patients
I have been a patient of Dr. Marlar’s for 4 years. He is a compassionate and caring physician. I deal with a disease that can cause anxiety and Dr. Marlar listens to me and he is detailed and professional in my treatment, as we make decisions together. It is very important to me to trust my doctor and I definitely am in good hands with Dr. Marlar. It is also important for me to meet him with my efforts to ask for what I need. This man has no knowledge and or no caring about patients. I will go with him not having either, he came so close to letting my wife die by not listening and doing nothing for OVER one year. He should NOT be called a doctor, he is a sad example of the profession.
Wonderful doctor who cares about his patients
Dr Marlar was absolutely wonderful.....explaining in detail overview of my issues, game plan and very reassuring with outcome after surgery. Wonderful manner in relating to me as a person and very professional. Would recommend him without reservation. Due to nature of my problem, they scheduled appt immediately
My first visit with Dr, Marlar was great. he is aggressive in his diagnosis and treatment. As a specialist, he took my case head on. He is very forward in his medical opinion, and next steps in treatment. Some people may not like that but it's perfect for me.
Should not be a doctor. Has zero care or concern about patient. He came close to letting my wife die.
I have seen Dr. Marlar for the last 10 years. I first saw him in Johnson City and followed with him in Asheville. I'm not sure that I would still be alive or working without his astute care. As a nurse myself, I'm not the best or easiest patient but he has easy, direct suggestions for managing my diabetes.
