Amazing annual appointment with Dr. Jean Miller! She really took her time to put all the nerves I had, to rest. Not a bad thing I can say about her, truly an amazing person and very nice! It was worth the wait to have schedule an appointment with her!
Dr. Miller was absolutely amazing she made the reinsertion of IUD such a great experience for me. I was really nervous going in, and she really made me feel extremely comfortable. She’s amazing, the process was quick and smooth and way better than my first experience with another provider.
Office staff and MA was very friendly and professional. The Provider took her time during my appointment answered all my questions, and was very warm and professional.
I went to her a in 2024 because I was looking for a Black doctor, as I thought that would mean someone would finally hear me after a traumatic miscarriage and I suspected infertility. She did a regular vaginal exam and said I’m young and miscarriages happen, basically brushed me off and told me come back after an official year of infertility. Didn’t order bloodwork or anything.
