I had my first visit today, with Dr. M. Trapp. She was very attentive, listen to your questions and concerns.(CARING) Explain information about meds. Refilled meds needed and ordered lab work before moving to the next steps. I'm so very happy with the office visit. The medical and office staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.:):)
I was reassigned to Dr Trapp after my previous PCP relocated. I met her for the 1st time in late July 2023 and was very pleased with her professional mannerism, her welcoming spirit which made me very comfortable...she answered all my Q's thoroughly.
Those who work at the front desk are sweet and funny and Dr. Trapp is one of the most empathetic doctors I have seen. She looks at you when you're talking, responds honestly and speaks candidly. The visit was both quick and thorough -- I did not feel rushed as I have in the past.
