Extremely Disappointed with Front Office – A Major Barrier to Care I do not know Dr. Konger personally and have no doubt she is a competent physician. Unfortunately, I never even got the chance to meet her because her front office staff made it impossible. I was trying to establish care for my child with a new pediatrician since our current one is retiring. She delivered me 33 years ago, and now she's my 3 year old daughter's pediatrician. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids.
My children are old...25, 23, 22 and 20. They were all taken care of by her since they were babies. She was always very knowledgeable and followed up to make sure they were fine.
I have been taking my son to Dr. Conger since he was born, and she has been great. She is very likable, straight forward, and she seems very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.
