I had serious concerns after working with this agent. Our service animals, which are required a disability, were handled in a way that felt inappropriate and lacked basic understanding of fair housing standards. The overall tone came across as judgmental rather than professional. Real estate professionals have a responsibility to understand and respect situations involving disabilities and service animals. That standard was not met here. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
