Extremely rude receptionist and doctors who lack the smallest amount of compassion. I brought my 9 month pregnant wife who is having cardiac issues to an appointment for 10am. We called at 9am informing them that with traffic we would arrive 10:15 am. We had to wait one month to get this appointment and when we arrived at 10:20 they turned us away and tried to reschedule her for May 17th when they are inducing labor on 4/27.
