If I could, I’d give this dealership a 0-star rating. Be extremely cautious with their service department, especially Allan, the manager. I was told they’d perform a tire rotation, but it was never done, and I was charged for it. When I confronted them, Allan looked through his pictures and videos, but wouldn’t show me any. He then walked around my truck, pretending the tires were changed, while I pointed out the specific areas that hadn’t been rotated. Purchased an SUV for the second time. We worked with Kenny and Roy. Both were amazing and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle and have a great experience.
I needed to take my car to the dealer as there were a few things going on. My initial contact with customer service rep Judy Walsh was literally the best. She understands what customer service means and helped me feel so much better about what was happening with my car. She is kind, personable and knowledgeable. Markville Chevrolet is better for having her there!
