Ruban is a congenial and knowledgeable salesman who goes far beyond what is expected. A few weeks after received my new Optiq I picked up a few small scratches in the paint. When I mentioned this to Ruban, he checked them out and then disappeared into the service department. He returned with a professional rubbing compound and began treating the scratches.
