Excellent staff right from the beginning to the final job. The work was done very professionally, the furniture was moved and returned to its original location and always asking if there's anything else to do. I would easily recommend them to others.
I visited their Showroom on Scarsdale Rd. Such a fantastic selection of quality carpets. And incredible, friendly service. I decided on a carpet to have a runner installed on 4 flights of stairs. They ordered the carpet and said they would let me know when it came in. I received a call quicker than estimated and they were able to come install within a week. I thought i left this review at the time but missed doing so. Sam and his team were great on our hardwood floor installation 14mths ago. He helped us in-store and then came to measure and had various options for us. He also gave us sample boards to take and keep for a few days while we considered the choices. Everything was completed as per time estimates (from ordering to installing). The team was polite, efficient and answered our questions without making us feel as though we were bothering them.
Top service and quality
Needed some transitions/ reducers to finish off a basement gym project. Sam and Joe were knowledgeable and friendly, and had what I needed for a great price.
