I deal with Markville GM dealership die to the staff, but mainly due to our longtime Service Adviser Judy Walsh. She is prompt, and does all she can to serve our families needs with all 4 of our vehicles. I have never had an issue with Judy or the staff, and the service is just that, great. She looks after myself and family each and every time we go in for service. Have bought all 4 vehicles at Markville as well.
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I reached out with genuine interest in purchasing a Cadillac and provided all the necessary details for a specific vehicle. Despite repeated assurances that I would receive a call back, no one ever followed through. I left multiple voicemails, yet received no response.
