I have been with Dr. Sonntag for about six years. And I belief he is a good Doctor. I ask him all kind of questions regarding my health and how to improve it. I believe he knows I am not about the quick pill to fix things and I appreciate that, I can decide in all my visits what route to take concerning my health, because Dr. Sonntag will always explain why X, Y and Z could be approached and what consequence it will have. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Sonntag since moving here nearly 3 years ago. He is a wonderful doctor. He listens closely, follows up with questions and is proactive in his treatment plans. The front desk ladies and his nurse are also professional and caring. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Sonntag is a wonderful, caring doctor who takes time to explain things and never makes you feel rushed.
I explained it in part one
Dr Sontag doesn't care about patient care. He is only interested in payments from my insurance company. I went to pick up my prescription from (another doctor) at publix and for some reason they called Dr Sontag's office. He prompt cancelled the full prescription with 2 months of refills left on it without regard that he didn't prescribe it! A totally different doctor did! The original prescription was from my specialist. Can not recommend.
Dr. Sonntag, takes time with each patient even when he is overbooked trying to see his regular patient when an emergency arises for another. Patient with each client, listens, open discussion, recommends options client may have, open to 2nd opinions, he shows great empathy
