Very impressive service 2 years after construction. We bought a Marksman home which was in mint condition except for some very minor, non-life-threatening defects. The agent suggested I contact Marksman. I did but expected to be ignored. I wasn't. To my astonishment (and gratitude), Marksman fixed them all and a couple more that they found. Clearly customer service is one of advantages of choosing a local builder with a proud local reputation to maintain. Very impressed.

I made an enquire on there website and still hadn’t heard from anyone after 4 days, I then rang my self and still took a day or so for someone too contact me. After they contacted me I have not heard back again for a follow up on our discussion & it’s been approx 1 x week since. Now they haven’t got my business yet and it’s hard to contact them, could you imagine when they take my money it will be even harder to talk to anyone. I THINK ILL HAVE TO TRIE ANOTHER BUILDER THATS MORE KEEN TO EARN MY BUSINESS

Looking at building on a slope of 5m. Nowhere else wanted to hear it, but Marksman said it was no issue! Just needed property land information so they can give us the exact price of the building. Fantastic!
