Went to get a key programmed, took 2 hours, he then proceeded to try and sell me other problems and said he charged 140$ an hour after he told me it was 95$ for the key and programming it. When i said no i would just want the key his attitude changed completely. After all that i picked up the ski he said “you should get a new boyfriend” to my girl. very impolite after the fact i didn’t want to buy into his service more

I have a 2003 polaris virage jetski that would not run. I took it to Mark, and he diagnosed the problem as the control module. he took the time to install a spare unit he had, videoed it running and sent it to me. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Mark for your watercraft repair needs.

With the beginning of summer we took out our 2 PWC's. One of which ran fine but the second had no top end and the idle was inconsistent. We did not use the PWC's much the previous year because of the Covid. I attempted to have the unit service with several businesses in both Napa and Sonoma and was told they were booked and would be several months.
