Mark is now suffering from dementia and can barely tie his shoes. I would not let him touch my watercraft today. he has lost his skills of being a mechanic.
Went to get a key programmed, took 2 hours, he then proceeded to try and sell me other problems and said he charged 140$ an hour after he told me it was 95$ for the key and programming it. When i said no i would just want the key his attitude changed completely. After all that i picked up the ski he said “you should get a new boyfriend” to my girl. very impolite after the fact i didn’t want to buy into his service more
I have a 2003 polaris virage jetski that would not run. I took it to Mark, and he diagnosed the problem as the control module. he took the time to install a spare unit he had, videoed it running and sent it to me. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Mark for your watercraft repair needs.
