Jonathan helped me sell my house in Marin. The house was on the market for six months prior but it did not sell. Jonathan worked with me for about a couple of months. We put the house on the market in February. My house sold in a weekend above the asking price. Jonathan is very easy to work with. He listens, gives advice, and gets the job done.
