I had a new toilet installed. They were on time. Price was very reasonable. Did a nice job. And was fun to talk to I would have them back again. For any plumbing needs
Knowledgable, professional, and upfront. Received fair quotes for multiple items I’m looking to have repaired/replaced in the basement. Andrew, the plumber who came out, had 10+ years of experience and was able to answer my questions thoroughly, and give meaningful recommendations. Never got the sense I was being upsold. A+++. We live in an old house and have had ongoing plumbing issues for years. We have had multiple plumbers out who did questionable spot fixes. Andrew showed up from Mark’s and addressed the overall issues and made excellent recommendation. He was so very friendly, efficient, and competent. I would not hesitate for a second recommending Mark’s and will most certainly call them in the future.
