I'm not sure what's happened to this location but, since summer it has gone downhill. We've received multiple orders that are incorrect and poorly made. Today was the final straw for us. We received uncooked chicken wings and salad that was withered and brown. I'll never order from here again.
What the hell, delivery fee of $4. And that doesn't even go to the driver. I order a lot sometimes 4/month. Every other Saturday is game day and we have a bunch of us. We have now decided it is worth going to pick up from somewhere else than to give our $$$ to this place.
I have no idea what goes on at this place, but the service is awful. We've given them multiple chances because we love Marks and I grew up with it. However, at least 4 times in the past couple of months our order has shown up with at least some part incorrect. It's actually a surprise when they get it right. They always seem to make some excuse for it and never really correct the issue. I hope something changes, because they're going to have a beautiful store here soon.
Marks in Victor just made me one of the best calzones I've ever had! Too bad they didn't give me the 2 sides of marinara I ordered so it was real dry :( (11/22/2016 9:10PM)
I've loved Mark's pizza since I was a kid. (We were customers of the original Mark's way back when, in Palmyra.) But what motivated me to come on here and give an excellent review is the service at Mark's in Victor. We are regulars, and we usually order a gluten-free pizza with our order, along with 2 regular pizzas. Last week I ordered 3 regular pizzas instead of our usual. I placed an online order, I then got an email saying they would arrive in 20 minutes, which was fantastic. I had a few guests over, who had to leave in an hour. So with the pizza arriving in 20 minutes, we had plenty of time. An hour and 15 minutes later, I call because the pizza had not yet arrived. (15 minutes after my guests had already left.)
