I am at work and decided to get a salad...yours looked so good. Not only did I wait for one hour as told I would..but very disappointed in the salad..and was not worth the 15.00 I dished out for it..came to 13.and change for salad and delivery..then tip

I wish I could rate it zero. I usually order from Avant is but decided to try marks. My $8 chicken fingers were actually chicken tenders (like McDonalds) and the chicken on my "grilled chicken salad" was semi frozen. I complained and he told me the fingers was the manufacturers fault and that the chicken salad comes that way...frozen : / WTF. Told him I will not order again and didn't seem to care to be losing a customer. Gross
Worst pizza place in Lockport, which is quite an accomplishment because we have a lot! The pizza taste is not so bad. It's ultra greasy, but what junk food isn't? The main problem is the place itself. They don't accept their own coupons. It's infuriating. Every time I pick up my order, they hand me a coupon. When I go to redeem it, they say "too bad!" It's just such an immature place. I'm going to a better pizza joint now. The Mark's franchise is not bad, but the one is Lockport is abysmal. The prices are also ridiculous.
First time I ordered, I ordered online. 45 minutes after my order, without any notification that my pizza was ready, I drive to the store. I was told that it was ready 25 minutes ago. I asked "How could I have known that?". His answer, "Call." WHAT?! I ordered online! Many days later I spoke with a manager and was told that the online ordering system is NOT working properly. And he said that the workers will NOT call you to let you know that your food is ready!!
food was good. deliever man came to my house blasting music still heard it when he gave me the pizza. he then squeeled out of my drive. disrespectful when I live in a condo complex!
I love that I don't have to wait over an hour to get a delivery and it's always hot and fresh
