We were relocating to another city and needed to sell our home. Mark Baughman's knowledge of the local market allowed us to price the property correctly to get a lot of showings and multiple offers above our asking price within a couple days of listing. Best of all, Mark is a clear and responsive communicator who never makes you feel like you're on the back burner. It was truly an excellent experience and I cannot recommend this group enough!
The Marks of Wxcellence team is easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable and I wouldn’t work with anyone else.
They took their time and listened to my concerns, I never once felt rushed to buy a home. Also if you need it, they will even explain and get you in touch with someone trustworthy for all the other parts like financing, inspection ect. If I ever move again I will definitely call these guys.
This is the second home purchase with this reality team, and I can honestly say we will never use anyone else. We are so impressed with their dedication to finding and selling our home. We could not have asked for a better experience!
