My father-in-law passed away this last August. In going through the assets of the estate I am ashamed for Marks Motors. Your business clearly took advantage of an elderly man who was not very mobile. He spent $2,200 for a 2000 Xtera that should never have even been sold in the first place. The brakes alone should have been a no sale considering my father-in-law drove it off the lot with non working regular brakes and no emergency brake.
