We had a rock chip in our windshield a few days before leaving on vacation. He was the only that answered the phone! He fixed our windshield quickly, and was very courteous. I would definitely recommend him!!! On a side note, not one windshield repair business called me back, and only got a text from Safelite to go to their website to possibly get a quote and that's it. I would have at least thought that people would call back after leaving a message. As stated, Mark was the only one. Thanks again Mark!

Easy to make an appointment, and Mark came right to my home. He looked at the "star" in my windshield, then explained to me the process to make the repair, Mark was very thorough in completing the repair as well as cleaning up after himself and cleaning the glass. The repair is almost imperceptible and the price fair. I won't hesitate to call Mark for my future windshield repair needs! Thanks Mark!

I have a 24 year old Ford expedition. I had loaned it to a buddy and he returned it to me. There was quarter sized bulls-eye crack on the windshield. Mark came and he immediately could tell that it had been worked on before. It was a lousy job. He said he would try to fix a fixed crack. He knew all the ins and out to do the job like pro.
