Met with Mark. Went to buy a floor model. He promised to hold it for me for a week. When I called to pay for it Mark sold it to another client without notifying me. Very rude and not an appropriate way to treat a prospective buyer. So I went across the street to Jonathan Stevens Mattress that had a better floor model for less. I wound up saving $300 with Jonathon Stevens. I got a full warranty on the floor model , free delivery. Mark lied and told me his deal was better. It wasn’t. Mark was there every step of the way -- from trying out what style mattress best fit my needs to delivering it straight to my bed frame. I can sleep comfortably knowing I have a reliable mattress and company to reach out to if I have any concerns in the future. Everyone I interacted with was lovely, positive, and responsive.
