We bought our boat there, they are always very friendly and helpful. I ordered a new mooring cover through Anthony, he was great to deal with in parts, he was off today and others came to assist me.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Warranty issue from a Bayliner. Took 13 weeks and many phone calls. Boat, and trailer we not in the same condition as they were when they were dropped off. First boat ever, the last from this place.
We just bought our second boat from Mark’s Leisure Time Marine. They are a great team of professionals. From the sea test drive to delivery they addressed everything! The service manager Matt and his team in Avon were outstanding!
