This shop, and Mark himself, are amazing. I have lived in this immediate area for more than 30 years, and I never knew about this shop. I found it because other shops here were not able to handle the failure of the big battery in my 14-year-old Prius. Mark went far out of his way to save me a big amount of money by searching all over for a used battery computer (which proved to fail also), blocking one of the bays in his shop for 3 or 4 weeks, and not charging me for it.
