We found this company through a Redfin agent earlier this year — and that’s where the nightmare began. I clearly emphasized that I wanted a thorough inspection of the basement for any signs of water or moisture issues. Unfortunately, the inspector seemed inexperienced and missed many key points. After moving in, I realized the basement had serious water and moisture problems — while the rest of the house was fine.
