RecommendedMark is amazing. Very flexible, when clients need a home Inspector I can call on his services.
I had an Inspection done on October, where the Inspector told me the appliances in the kitchen were working. One month later when the closing finally happens, I come to realize that the fridge was not working. Now the Fridge still turns on but it doesnt cool. I call the inspector to tell him about this and his answer is that they checked it and that probably the Fridge had stop working in that month since the inspection, then he said is on me to realize these things at the final walkthrough.
