I would give this business 0 star if it's an option. This inspector was dubbed the worst inspector ever by my realtor. He made a mess at the site without cleaning it up, made dubious assumptions, pointed numerous things as either not working or inadequate when in fact there was nothing wrong. Totally unprofessional!!!

Mark explains things very well. His report is very detailed and turnaround from inspection to report is very fast. I have had him inspect two properties for me. The first time I used Mark he pointed out things that helped me avoid an unsafe purchase for me and my family. Thank you Mark.
