Fred from Marks Heating & Cooling Co was amazing! He did a thorough job, was a great communicator, and was just an overall nice human being. He signed us up for their annual plan to have our heating and cooling serviced every year so we never have to worry about it. I was very happy with their service.

Recommended. Furnace stopped working, they were able to get a tech out to my house in under 2 hours and got me up and running very quickly. He had shoe covers on before I even answered the door, was very well spoken, and explained everything he did in detail. Far exceeded my expectations.

I have found them to be accommodating and trustworthy in many situations. The office staff have always been very helpful and polite as well.
