We had a great experience! They were really friendly and took the time to correctly diagnose the problem for us. Even though they couldn’t fix it on the spot because we needed to order a part, they were honest and didn’t charge us for the visit. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity and customer care these days. We will definitely be using them for future computer problems.

They helped clean up a laptop riddled with malware and Trojans. Didn’t give up til it was completely free of infestations and got it back up and running right. Even installed some excellent free virus softwares. I highly recommend them for the Johnson County area!
