Dr marks not only diagnosed me with a complicated condition that no one could figure out, but removed my colon to give me a better quality of life. It’s been 8 weeks since my surgery and while things aren’t perfect yet I know my body is still healing and he is following up with me every six weeks , whereas most surgeons are done with you after your two week initial follow up. Dr. Marks and his team are the best. Dr. Marks is world renowned and he knows what he speaks of. People may say he is not the warmest but if you understand he is super busy that part will not matter. He is there to give you the truth and how he can help. His team is the warm and fuzzy part people look for. You are in very capable hands with Dr. Marks.
Dr Marks is one of the best physicians I've ever encountered in my 59 years on this planet. His demeanor, bedside manner and overall personality makes this very uncomfortable process exponentially less stressful. In 2014 I was treated for Stage 2 rectal cancer at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Dr Marks saved my life. If you are considering having him as your surgeon, you should know you are in the best hands. I’ve waiting for appointments long after my scheduled time, but he is worth the wait. Appointments have been rescheduled, but it’s because he’s taking an emergency surgery like my own to save their life. He is the best of the best. Thank you for everything Dr Marks!
