We had Marks come out to do a steam cleaning of our carpets. They were on time, did a nice job and threw service crew and office folks were knowledgeable and helpful. Had a couple minor problem areas appear after carpet was dry = = They came back out and did a touch up treatment == no hassles , no problem , looks great == We will definitely call them again !!
