Extremely unprofessional and consistently disappointing. Every time I visit this place, I’m met with unnecessary waiting—even when they specifically tell me over the phone that there is no wait and to come in. The moment I arrive, it suddenly becomes a “surprise” to them, and I end up sitting there for another 20–30 minutes. This has happened multiple times, and it’s completely unacceptable. They are close to my house, that’s the only reason I go. But the wait times are horrendous, you will seriously wait 1hr-1.5hr plus the time it takes for the service, so total about 3 hours.
I used to get the most expensive manicure they offered, a pedicure, and wax here every month for 2 years only because it was nearby. They give you a different price every single time. If there’s a lot of customers that day they will up charge you. *They also talk smack about you in Vietnamese I used a translator device to check and they were saying so many horrible things about everyone. Don’t let the man do your nails! Rushed, uneven and inconsistent shape with each nail. SMH!
First visit was great. Second was terrible. Really bummed because I thought I finally found a place that does shellac right. I do not want the drill used on my nails and I want the polish soaked off - not peeled, when it's time to do them again. As it's supposed to be.
