Marks Building did a fantastic job of building our large, beautiful screened-in porch. During the design phase, Kent often came up with several suggestions that actually saved us money. He also came up with several ideas that we hadn’t even thought of. Once construction began, his crew always cleaned up the site at the end of each day. The kitchen remodel that Josh and Kent did for me has completely changed my culinary life. I had a poorly designed corner kitchen typical of a condo. There was little to no counter space and awkward cabinets. Now, I have so much extra counter space, more cabinets (that aren't awkward), a beautiful glass tile back-splash, above and below cabinet lighting, recessed lighting, and appliances in logical/functional places.
