Hired Mr Marks and he bragged on his experience and what he would do to defend my fiance in a serious criminal matter. He basically took my money, didn't have any type of defense as he stated he was working on. Then on day of preliminary met in judges chamber secretly to discuss a plea bargain for 20 years which my fiance rejected.
