I went to Mark's Boxing Gym YEARS ago when he first opened. Mark's expertise and character impacted me so much that as I was just reminiscing, I had to look him up and see how he was doing. I see that it is temporarily closed at the time of this review. But, Mark--I hope you are blessed in life doing what you love! Thank you for such a quality boxing and conditioning program that helped me to be challenged in a way that was so positive for me in a difficult time of my life.
Miss it
Great workout, about 1 hour of intense workout that will make you sweat! Coach is great, tough and knows his stuff.
